- โCustomer,โ โYou,โ โYoursโ refers to you and/or any other person submitting an order to Lincoln Book Publishing on your behalf.
- โCompany,โ โWe,โ โOurโ refers to Lincoln Book Publishing, a company registered under the laws of the state.
- โProduct or Servicesโ refers to all services and products provided by Lincoln Book Publishing to the customer in accordance with their order.
- โOrderโ means a request made by the customer via phone or email to purchase services or products provided by Lincoln Book Publishing. Orders are confirmed by down payments through check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.

It is important that you carefully read and understand the refund policy to be fully aware of the privileges and limitations governed by Lincoln Book Publishingโs policy. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions before submitting any order and/or payment on this website.
REVISIONS
Each package has its own revision policy, as described in the service details of each individual package. We offer revisions within 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to โWaiting for Customer Approvalโ in our Order Management Platform. The revision period will depend on the specific package ordered.
Revisions are available once the product has been presented for review. At this point, customers may request revisions directly by emailing their assigned Project Manager to ensure that the original requirements have been met.
Customers are always welcome to make personal changes to any content received from us after the order is fulfilled and before publication, as it is delivered in a Word format, and they hold the rights to it.
REFUND POLICY
Lincoln Book Publishing addresses concerns and complaints in accordance with the following terms of use statement. Website users, partners, clients, and customers are encouraged to review this statement. If you disagree with any of the terms and conditions, we recommend ceasing the use of the website and/or services immediately.
Lincoln Book Publishing does not offer partial or full refunds on sample or bulk orders. Refunds are not provided if a customer initiates or joins a negative narrative against the company, either online or offline.
If a customer wishes to terminate services within three (3) months from the date of payment, a refund may be applicable, provided the customer did not receive a discount at the time of registration.
Refunds are only granted in special cases and under specific conditions, as outlined below:
- Lincoln Book Publishing reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the aforementioned terms. Customers are encouraged to stay informed about any changes to these terms.
- A 30% reimbursement of the total amount may be issued in cases of change of mind for any financial, personal, or other reasons unrelated to the project.
- Refund requests can be submitted via email to info@lincolnbookpublishing.com; any requests made outside this jurisdiction will be considered invalid.
Lincoln Book Publishing reserves the right to approve or deny any refund requests in accordance with the stated terms. Customers should periodically check back for updates on these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices and discounts for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the service.
